Mail can take up to 3 weeks depending on your region. If it hasn't arrived by then, we'll happily send another your way.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will my mail be sent?

Subscriptions are open until the 20th of each month. All subscription mail is packed and mailed on the 25th. Once it's shipped, please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery.

I subscribed after the 20th. When will I receive my first mail?

If you sign up after the monthly cutoff (the 20th), your first envelope will be included in next month's shipment, which goes out on the 25th. The first wait is the longest, after that, you'll receive your mail on the regular monthly schedule.

It's been over two weeks since the mailing date. What should I do?

If it's been more than 2 weeks after the 25th and your mail still hasn't arrived, please reach out to us at contact@thedailyroostmailclub.com and we'll be happy to help. For international orders please allow up to 4 weeks for shipment.

How can I change my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address anytime through your subscription account.

If you change your address during an active subscription cycle, please email us at contact@thedailyroostmailclub.com before cutoff date (the 20th). This helps ensure your mail is delivered to the correct address. When your subscription renews so will your address.

Billing & Subscription

When will my subscription renew?

Your subscription renews once each month on the same calendar date you originally signed up. For example, if you subscribed on the 10th, you'll be billed on the 10th each month.

Do you provide tracking?

No. To help keep subscription costs as low as possible, subscription mail is currently sent without tracking.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription whenever you'd like through your subscription account . Once canceled, future renewals will stop automatically.
